PM Dion Ngute peace visit to Bamenda ends with hope of normalcy to return


The PM left Bamenda after a 4 Days Working visit and headed back to Bafoussam Where he will rest and prepare to represent president Paul Biya today at the Official burial ceremony of late King Ibrahim Bombou Njoya.

His stay in the Northwest region was characterized by a peaceful message where he also urged the people of the English-speaking part of Cameroon to fight and regain back their independence and peaceful land from the hands of separatists fighters.

He will immediately head for Yaounde after the Sultan's burial to give a clear count of his activities with different elites and youths association groups from the various divisions of the Northwest region.

Despite the gunshots at Matazem on the first day, the PM's visit to Bamenda remained a peaceful one during his stay in the region as thousands of people turned out to welcome him.
