PCC Moderator inaugurates Peace & Justice Centre, appoints pioneer director


The Moderator of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon, PCC, Rt. Rev. Fonki Samuel Forba has inaugurated the newly created PCC Peace and Justice Centre in the North West and South West regions of Cameroon.

The centre was inaugurated during a special ceremony that took place Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at the Free Mind Centre Buea.

Speaking during the inauguration ceremony, the Moderator of the PCC, Rt. Rev. Fonki Samuel Forba expressed the plan of the church to construct a permanent site for the academy in the future. He announced the granting of free tuition fees to all the newly admitted students.

Declaring open the PCC Peace and Justice Centre shows the pursuit of the PCC to fight for peace and it is a vision that has come to fusion.

The Moderator also presented and installed the members of the administration of the centre led by its Director, Rev. Nta William Nche, who also doubles as the PCC National Peace Coordinator.

On his part, the representative of the Mayor of Buea salutes the efforts of the church and the Rev. Fonki Samuel Forba as the number one peace crusader in Cameroon and his initiatives geared towards peace and justice in the restive North West and South West regions of Cameroon.

The PCC Peace and Justice Centre have two campuses in Buea and Bamenda.

The Moderator was accompanied by the Synod Clerk, Rev. Miki Hans Abia, the financial secretary Mr. Ngole Ndive Mosuka, and the PCC Education Secretary Mr. Njie Samuel Kale.
